Prepare the ingredients: chicken thighs, ginger, star anise, peppercorns, scallions

Chicken thighs in cold water into the pot

Add ginger, scallion, star anise and pepper

Pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 6 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of salt

Boil on high heat, then turn down the heat and cook for 20 minutes
