Detailed steps  

Cut off both ends of the bitter melon, cut in half, then scoop out the flesh and slice

Bitter melon in salted water to remove the bitterness

Hand torn canned fish

Add minced garlic and black bean to the frying pan and burst into flames

Pour in the bitter melon and stir-fry to taste
