Fry the dumplings slowly in a cold pan with cold oil until the bottom is slightly browned

Pour in a little water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes

Beat two eggs with a little salt and water

Pour the egg mixture into the pan

Fry until the egg is solid

Sprinkle with chopped green onion, drizzle with Sriracha and enjoy
