Mix 2 egg yolks with 50g of sugar

Boil 50g of milk in a pot, leave to cool and then stir well with the egg yolk

Pour the egg yolk milk mixture back into the pot and cook over low heat until thickened

Light cream 200g whipped

Pour in the cooked egg batter and mix well, then divide evenly into 3 parts

Pour 5g of matcha powder and 5g of cocoa powder into each of the two portions, stir well, and make 3 kinds of flavors

Transfer to a cup, shake off the bubbles, and then put it in the freezer for 2 hours, and the delicious ice cream is done
