Pour the egg whites into the batter in 3 batches and mix until they are fully incorporated

Wrap the mold with tin foil and pour in the batter

Place a pan of water on the bottom of the oven and preheat at 150° for 10 minutes

Bake the cake in the oven at 180° for 60 minutes
