▪ Detailed steps  

Bone the chicken thighs (remove cartilage and broken hamstring) and cut into dice

Pour egg white, cornstarch and salt into the diced chicken and marinate for 10 minutes

Sauté peanut rice in a frying pan until black and yellow, set aside

Garlic, ginger, dried chili pepper, pepper into the frying pan burnt

Pour in the marinated diced chicken and stir-fry until medium-rare

Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, stir-fry to taste

Add cucumber, peanuts, shredded green onion and stir-fry, break off and then ready to pan
